What we collect
When you send an inquiry or an artist application through this website, we receive only what you type into the form. That may include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your organization, if you provide one
- Details of the booking — dates, location, occasion, and the services you need
- For artist applications: your work history, links, and any files you upload
We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or analytics that follow you across other websites.
Why we have it
Solely to respond to you, prepare an estimate, and carry out the booking. Nothing more.
Who sees it
On Air Image, and the artists assigned to your booking. Where a booking involves third-party crew — photographers, videographers, or editors — they receive only the details needed to do the work on the day.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.
Confidentiality
Discretion is part of the service. We do not publish or discuss client bookings, and we do not disclose our client list. If your booking requires an NDA, say so on the inquiry form and we will arrange one before any details are exchanged.
Photography
Photographs of our work are published only where we have the subject’s permission. If you are pictured on this site and would like the image removed, email us and we will take it down.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting purposes. Artist applications are kept on file so we can contact you when suitable work comes up. Ask us to delete either at any time.
Payments
We never see or store card details. Payments are handled by a payment processor, and your card information goes directly to them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email booking@onairimage.com and we will action it.
